Project terms.

These general terms explain how new projects are discussed. Your written project agreement confirms the actual deliverables, price, timeline, payment arrangements and any project-specific terms. Existing agreements continue to govern existing projects.

Scope and starting price

The public starting price is $299 CAD for a personalised one-page website with up to five sections, supplied business content, contact links or a standard enquiry form, light copy cleanup, basic page metadata, two consolidated revision rounds and launch guidance. Extra pages, features and content work are quoted separately. Nothing is commissioned by submitting an enquiry.

Domain, hosting and ongoing support

Domain registration, hosting, paid tools, third-party services and applicable taxes are separate unless your written quote expressly includes them. Ongoing maintenance is a separately scoped service. There is no required monthly plan.

Content and revisions

You provide accurate business information and content you have permission to use. You review the design and content before launch. Additional revisions or changes to the agreed scope may affect the cost and timeline; these are discussed before the extra work starts.

Payment and cancellation

Online checkout is currently unavailable. Payment stages, cancellation terms and any refund arrangements are agreed in writing before work begins. Please use the terms attached to your original purchase for any previous order.

Ownership and handover

Handover of the agreed website source is included once the agreed payment is complete. Third-party fonts, images, tools and libraries remain subject to their own licences. The domain should remain registered to the business owner unless a different arrangement is explicitly agreed.

Portfolio previews

The work section contains independent concepts and design previews. It does not claim that the featured businesses commissioned, approved or endorsed those designs. No commercial results are claimed.
