Information you choose to share
An enquiry can include your name, email, business name, website, requested service, budget range, timeline and project details. We use that information to respond, discuss your project and maintain the related correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive personal or payment information through this form.
How enquiries reach us
The form tells you whether it sends automatically or prepares an email for you to send. In the current manual flow, you must review and send the email in your own email app. On the current Site-hosted version, enquiry details are also stored in the site’s database. A saved enquiry alone does not mean an email was sent.
When automatic email delivery is configured, Resend processes the enquiry and forwards it to our Gmail inbox. Our hosting providers and email providers may process information outside Canada. We do not sell your enquiry information or add you to a marketing list simply because you contacted us.
Technical information
The hosting service may process IP addresses and request logs for delivery, reliability and security. Submission limits and a hidden spam field help protect the form. We do not add advertising trackers, social embeds or a calendar to this website.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising cookies. Hosting and security services may use necessary technical storage. Your project details are not saved in browser local storage by this form.
Keeping and accessing information
We retain correspondence while it is needed to respond to enquiries, deliver agreed work and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. Some transaction or project records may need to be retained.
Previous transactions and other websites
Online checkout is currently disabled. Previous payment records may remain with Stripe and in our records. Portfolio previews are external websites with their own privacy practices; they open only when you choose to visit them.
